Your personal data will be processed for:

  • Exchange of correspondence concerning business relations/agreement concluded/between you and MCOMM Sp. z o.o., including replying to your inquiries regarding products and services provided by MCOMM Sp. z o.o. (the basis of Article 6.1.b) of RODO);

  • Internal administrative purposes of MCOMM Sp. z O.O., including statistics and internal reporting, being the realization of our legitimate interest (basis of art. 6 par. 1 letter f RODO);

  • archival (evidential) in pursuit of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (Article 6(1)(f) RODO);

  • possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims being the realization of our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO);

  • processing of complaints, in case of their submission, on the quality of services provided by MCOMM Sp. z o.o. and the manner of service by MCOMM Sp. z o.o. employees within the scope of the executed agreements (basis of art. 6 par. 1 letter b of RODO);

The recipients of your data may be companies cooperating with MCOMM Sp. z o.o.; entities providing office-administrative services; law firms; entities providing auditing, consulting and advisory services; entities authorized on the basis of the law; entities processing data on the basis of an agreement of entrustment of data processing - exclusively in accordance with the instructions of MCOMM Sp. z o.o.

We do not intend to transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (to a third country).

Your data processed on the basis of the consent may be processed until it is withdrawn or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled. The data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller, we can process until the fulfillment of the legitimate interests of MCOMM Sp. z o.o. constituting the basis for such processing or until you raise an objection to such processing. Data processed in connection with the concluded agreement shall be processed until the expiration of the agreement and includes the period of warranty and investigation of potential claims. Your data used for direct marketing purposes will not be further processed in the case of your objection.

You have the right to:

  • The right of access to personal data and the right to request rectification, objection to processing, erasure or restriction of processing;

  • The right to withdraw consent; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;

  • The right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive personal data from the Controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (where applicable) for the purpose of possible transfer to another data controller;

If you provide personal information to a third party on a form, we will assume that you have the appropriate authorization from that third party.

MCOMM Sp. z O.O. web site makes use of so-called "cookies", i.e. information stored on the user's computer. The subject, which places information in the form of cookies and gains access to them is MCOMM Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warszawa, ul. Józefa Pius Dziekońskiego 1. Cookies are used only for the internal needs of service optimization in terms of its efficiency and for the purposes of statistical analysis. We do not collect them to identify the user.

Marketing

If you agree to receive commercial information by means of electronic communication and/or to use your telephone number, your personal data will be used for marketing purposes.

Guest Wi-Fi

MCOMM Sp. z o.o. as a technology integrator provides its customers with IT services that in some cases process personal data. One of such services is Guest Wi-Fi. Networks implemented and managed by MCOMM collect data such as MAC addresses of the network cards, Bluetooth MAC addresses, types of applications used when connected to the Wi-Fi network (without content of these applications). The aforementioned data is then analyzed for on-premises visits, time and quality of use to provide business reports.

Recruitment

Through the service MCOMM Sp. z O.O. may be conducted recruitment of employees, trainees or apprentices. Personal data obtained in this way shall be used solely for the purpose of recruitment within the recruitment process. When sending your C.V. to us, remember to include the following clause:

"I agree to the processing of my personal data included in the C.V. by MCOMM Sp. z O.O., based in Warsaw, for the purpose of the recruitment process with the number <here put the number>".
